MEA Consular Grievances Monitoring System (MADAD)

In order to improve the passport and consular services, the Ministry of External Affairs has launched a new face of the Passport Seva Portal and Passport Office Page on 27 May 2015. This portal contains a new feature called “Consular Grievances Monitoring System” (titled MADAD in Hindi for easier understanding), which can be seen on the link given at the right hand corner of the above portal or can be accessed directly at:

Grievances regarding compensation, court cases, domestic help, imprisoned abroad, transportation of mortal remains, repatriation, salary dues, tracing the whereabouts are only to be lodged.
